- Good 2 Go To Transition
- Teens with chronic health conditions can experience negative health outcomes when they leave SickKids and start their health care as an adult. Funds were used to test a toolkit designed to help nurses teach teens about the transition to adult services.
- Prevention and Management of Paediatric PIV-related Harm
- Paediatric peripheral intravenous (PIV) are most common used intravenous device in hospital patients. Low risk however complication can develop. Funs used to develop a quality improvement initiative to reduce rate and severity of harm.
